Modeled for the Raised By Wolves F/W ’13 Look Book & Behind the Scene Photos

Couple weekends back I was hit up by the homie Pete to model for the Raised By Wolves Fall/Winter look book. I sat down with the Raised By Wolves team as well as Marcus Troy and amazing photographer Trash Hand. Who I must tell you actually introduced himself to me as “Trash”, that’s real commitment to an alias if you ask me. It always leaves room open for conversation.

But anyways we all sat down and caught up with each others lives, cracked up a few jokes over a delicious veggie Thai meal. Well it wasn’t necessarily delicious for all of us. I hate spicy food always have always will. At this dinner what did I end up doing without even realizing it? Ordered the spiciest soup on the menu, let me tell you something. I literally was sweating and my eyes were damn near full of water that’s how intense it was, hell I could have sworn I slipped out of consciousness for about half a second.

The following morning I met up with the Raised By Wolves team and Trash, we drove all over Montreal. Trash had previously scouted various locations in the city to shoot the look book. I feel when shooting major projects there is always an advantage to picking up artists who may not be from the city. They tend to see the city from a very different perspective.

A great deal of the places that we shot this look book are places that I have passed by on many occasions and never really took the time to just stop and look. Since I’m so used to seeing the same thing repeatedly, its not exactly fresh to me or other artists that are from the city.

This Fall/Winter collection by Raised By Wolves is one to be excited for, the variety in this collection is much bigger to past collections. They have these tailored sweatpants that are to die for. The amounts of hats they have put together are sickening and the graphics are dope. I had a blast modeling for their look book even though I’ve become pretty comfortable behind the camera. It’s always refreshing to switch it up.
